They can be produced in the traditional colors such as, White, Ivory, Off White, Pink, Winter White and Bone. They can also be made in not so traditional colors such as, Black, Navy Blue, Red, Tan, Brown, Green, Royal Blue, Camel and more. 
Lace colors available are White, Black, Bone, Pink, Red or Ivory. We've even made some Orange and Black ones for a special customer.

They come in All Leather, All Suede, PDS Peau de Soie (Black at this time), Leather and Lace,  Leather and Suede, Leather and Tapestry, Denim, Denim and Leather, Denim and Suede, Jacquard Brocade Fabric and more. Yes, they come in Wide widths and Extra Wide Widths (good for those who need a bit more leg room). Yes we are understanding in the fact that women come in various shapes and sizes; so many styles come in sizes up to 14 for those that need larger sizes or for men that wear womens shoes for performing purposes or whatever. If you don't see the Wide Width option next to an item you would like to purchase from us, contact us via email or phone and we will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible. We have a large community of men that buy our boots for themselves, so we are very discreet in mailing out our packages, with privacy being a key priority.

We have the highest number of heel selections to choose from over any other site on the internet. Available heights include: 1.5", 2" 2.5" 3", 4" 5", 6" 7" and extreme 8" heel heights. 

You can order your boots with any of the following heels on them: 1.5" Low, Low Queen Anne Heel (when available), 3" High Heel, 3" Queen Anne Heel, 2.5" Medium High Heel, 4" High Heel, Flat Walking Heel and Low Western/Cowboy heel if applicable. You can see different heel types once you start shopping at our site, or by visiting our heel options page. If a certain heel is not available on a boot style you will be informed and given available options.

You can receive your boots almost immediately if we have a pair in stock. Otherwise, your order will ship within 2-6 weeks depending on supplies, materials availability, holidays, and your urgency preference selection.

We will order the size you give us. You will be informed if a boot runs small. 
If your boots are too small, we will only perform an exact amount, exact item ordered exchange on size. Your boots must not show any signs of use. We do not provide refunds do to the fact that the boots and shoes are all made to order (custom or customized).

Online we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards and eChecks. We also accept Purchase Orders from various organizations, companies and educational institutions. We also accept Phone In Credit Card Orders (call 216.798.3458) and give us your order information and payment information (Mastercard, Visa and Debit Cards accepted over the phone).

Once you have completed our Online Shopping Cart, you will then be directed to PAYPAL where you must complete their Payment Processing Form for us to successfully receive your payment.

Yes, offline we accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Postal Money Orders, Western Union (wire transfer) and Personal Checks through Snail Mail. However, all Personal Checks must clear prior to your order being processed.

Return/Exchange Policy.

TRYING ON YOUR FOOTWEAR. Please try the footwear on, and test them on a carpet to ensure you have the correct size. Do not wear them for a long period of time as this will cause them to show signs of wear.

Footwear Exchanges MUST be in NEW and UNUSED condition and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any packages received without the RMA number visible on the mailing label will be returned to sender immediately.

Make sure of the size for the item you are making an exact exchange for. Exact exchange implies to (Style, Color, Material, and Heel).

Custom, or Special Order items ARE NONE exchangeable. So be very sure of your size. You may not request an exchange on custom/special order items.

If exchanging merchandise AFTER receiving a return merchandise authorization number, enclose a note with the size you need (must be a size up or down). 

Shipping and Handling charges ARE NONE refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges on none customized or special orders will incur a restocking fee.

The purchaser assumes all liability and responsibility of use, care and protection of the item(s) they have received. (Cresses, Neglect, Abuse or Misuse is not normal wear and tear). 

If your item shows any signs of wear and tear or any use in any matter disassociated with trying them on for fitting purposes only, they will be returned to you and no exchange will take place.

Items not returned for exchange within 10 days of receipt will be considered "used" and may not be returned for exchange. If we receive your purchased item(s) in the Mail after ten days from the time you received them, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM, AND WE WILL RETURN THEM TO YOU.
