Q. What is your exchange policy?

A. We will gladly furnish you with the correct shoe size, given the footwear you have in your possession from us is not used, worn, scuffed, mard, or damaged in any way. None Exchanges on custom orders, special orders, made to order footwear, and regular orders will incur a restocking fee. Items not returned for exchange within the allowed 7 days of receipt will be considered "used" and may not be returned for exchange. If we receive your purchased item(s) in the Mail after seven days from the time you received them, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM, AND WE WILL RETURN THEM TO YOU. Note: We only allow one exchange to place if approved by us.

Q. What are your policies about lingerie, panties, underwear, corsets, pajamas, sleepwear, etc?

A. Since lingerie are personal articles, we must inform you that there are under no circumstances any returns, or exchanges at all on lingerie.

Q. What are your return/exchange policies on dresses?

A. We do NOT do returns or exchanges on dresses under any circumstances. Please be sure to use the size chart provided when ordering (it is to be used as a guide only). Remember, if your actual measurements fall between the measurements provided in the chart, it is best to order the next size up not down. Dresses can always be taken to your local shop for alterations. Make sure you really want the color, size, and style of the item you order because it can NOT be returned or exchanged.

Q. Who is responsible for the merchandise when being shipped back for an exchange?

A. The purchaser assumes all liability and responsibility of use, care and protection of the item(s) they have received. (Cresses, Neglect, Abuse or Misuse is not normal wear and tear). If your item shows any signs of wear and tear or any use in any matter disassociated with trying them on for fitting purposes only, they will be returned to you and no exchange will take place.

Q. What is your return/refund policy?

A. We have a strict return/refund policy in place; all sales are final. Any order placed with us indicates acknowledgment and agreement of our Policies in this matter and furthermore, you understand that all sales are FINAL in regards to regular, promotional, custom, special order and or non-exchangeable items.

Q. Who pays for shipping when exchanging items?

A. Shipping and Handling charges ARE NONE refundable, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Q. Who is responsible if the incorrect shipping address (PO BOX, house number, zip code etc) was given when placing an order?

A. The customer will be responsible if he/she provided an incorrect shipping address when placing their order. You must double check your order to ensure you provided us with the correct shipping address. If your package does not reach you in time you will be responsible, and the package will be shipped to your correct address at your own expense. We will not accept packages due to an incorrect shipping address given by the customer. Please be advised that no returns, exchanges or credits will be given due to errors on the customers part.

Q. I am an international customer, can you assist me in placing my order for the correct shoe size?

A. Yes, we will work closely with you to ensure you get the right size the first time. We have many repeat international customers that proudly wear our products.

Q. How soon will I receive my purchased products?

A. In stock items ship the next business day. While special or out of stock items may take longer generally 3-6 weeks. However, you can call us and see if the item(s) you need sooner then 3 weeks may be in stock, as sometimes this is the case. You can in most cases request a rush order, please inquire if not sure.

Q. Do you have bridal boots for someone on a tight budget?

A. Yes, even someone on a budget can buy from us. You don't have to be a millionaire to wear the best that we have to offer. We are not all celebrities. Q. How do I delete something from my shopping cart basket?

A. No, we believe in our customers privacy therefore; we ship your package out very discreetly.

A. Yes, most of our products are custom and/or made to order. However, we do offer products by other manufactures/brands.

Q. Do you only carry laceup granny style boots?

A. No, we also carry boots with zippers that don't laceup. We understand that not all of our customers want victorian laceups; they may also want a more high fashion item. A. A designer that loves beautiful things; be it past or present...a visionary! However, we do have very skilled artisans working with us who have been in the business for over 30 years ensuring you'll receive the best hand made products available.

Q. Have any celebrities worn any of your products...and which ones would you like to wear something provided by yourself.

A. Yes, celebrities have worn and liked our footwear throughout the years. Broadway productions "The Color Purple", Plays "The Underpants", are a couple that stand out. Also, Actress Miss Jenna Boyd, strutted her stuff on the red carpet in our boots, during the premier of "The Missing" in 2003. I think if I could choose a famous celebrity to were something provided by myself now, I would select Rhianna, Carrie Underwood, Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas, Mylie Cyrus, and Vanessa Hudgens (just to name a few) because of their down home appeal and they would look great in some of our products.
